About Dayma
Dayma helps Muslims turn good intentions into everyday action—in worship, learning, wellbeing, family, work, and service. It is a place to build a practice, not just count one.
A life with intention
Knowing what matters is not the same as making room for it. Dayma helps you connect a private niyyah to a small, repeatable action. Prayer remains a meaningful part of that rhythm, not the limit of the experience.
From intention to practice
Choose one thing that matters. Set a doable amount, give it a familiar cue and a schedule, then review and adjust. A page after Fajr, a short walk, undistracted time with family, or useful work with ihsan: the practice is yours to shape.
Research-informed, grounded in Islam
Behavioral research informs manageable actions, stable cues, and repetition. Islamic teachings ground niyyah and the value of small, consistent good. These are design principles, not proof of Dayma's effectiveness: we promise no fixed habit timeline, spiritual score, or religious reward. Dayma is independent of Atomic Habits and James Clear.
